Péter Kövecsi-Oláh and Emre Saral, at the invitation of the Liszt Institute Istanbul, discussed an outstanding chapter of modern Hungarian–Turkish diplomatic relations — the period between 1922 and 1933 — as part of a book presentation event. During the discussion, the historians involved in editing the volume presented the development of bilateral relations within a broader historical and cultural context. The event was also honored by the presence of the Istanbul representative of the Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs, as well as Consul General László Keller and institute director Áron Sipos.
